Streusel Topped Pumpkin Pie

I have been dying to make a pie! You know the cooler weather makes me want to bake. Today at the office we were having a pie baking contest. I thought that it started at 1230 but it really started at 1200 so my pie was no cool enough to take ,that means once again I didn't win, but our family will get to enjoy it tonight. I had to have a piece before they all got home and it is delicious.
You will need: 1 pie crust
2 cups of canned pumpkin
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
2 eggs
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp salt
Mix this together and pour into pie crust. Bake for 15 minutes at 425 degrees.
Then reduce oven temperature and in a small bowl combine;
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp all purpose flour
2 tbsp melted butter
1/2 tsp.
Cut the butter into the mixture until it is crumbly. Stir in 3/4 cup walnuts, finely chopped and then sprinkle evenly over the pie. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

I bet you could sub pecans??? I'm not much of a walnut fan, but love pumpkin pie!
