I remember when my middle daughter ,DeAnn, was seven
and she ran her first race with her dad.
This year she is 13 and did her first triathlon with him.
Our city YMCA had a mini triathlon, my husband
thought it would be a manageable thing for DeAnn and
She had a great time!
I wasn't there for the swimming but got there for the end of the biking
and to watch Dusty cross the finish line
and then to watch as he ran with DeAnn on her last mile.
I think he had the most fun!

How fun for them. Im training for a bunch of races this summer and the big half marathon in Sept. It would be nice if one of my girls would do it with me, but that will never happen! Kryshawna is in track but she is a sprinter..much different running a 100 and a 200 meter race verses 13.2 miles! I hope your day is great..it's going to get up to 65 here today..yippeeee!
