She chose Pear Cranberry Muffins with Gingersnap Crumble.
I have never used fresh cranberry's before and loved them.
They have a bit of a zip but when baked they are delicious.
These were delicious. I even had to make myself a cup of coffee to enjoy the whole thing.
The last recipe that we made with the Fresh Peach muffins were heavy so I divided the recipe between two pans and made 18 and they were perfect.
This was a simple recipe that I will try again.
Thanks for the choice Jennifer.

So glad you got a chance to use fresh cranberries. They're such a wonderful seasonal ingredient! The muffins look fantastic. I really enjoyed these too :)
Sounds delicious and I would have to have a cup of coffee with the muffin too!
Your muffins came out good and Im glad you used the cranberries. I would have if I had any around. I think they would be perfect with coffee or a hot drink!
Your muffins look great. I'm sure the fresh cranberries were so much better than the dried ones I used.
Great looking muffins! I love the tartness of cranberries.
Love your choice of coffee! Hehe. Your muffins look great. I really enjoyed these with coffee too!
This looks yummy -- I make a pear cranberry crisp that is wonderful but never thought about putting the combination into a muffin!
