Sweet Melissa Cherry Almond Granola

This weeks Sweet Melissa recipe was Cherry Almond Granola
chosen by Wendy of Pink Stripes.
(I did not post on Sunday because I was so sick with the stomach flu.
I was flat in bed for 2 days, my husband got it and then my number two daughter got it.)
We loved this recipe.
It had to bake at 250 for 1 1/2 hours and my girls could hardly wait until it came out.
Added currants, cherries and raisins after it cooled.

Mixed

And then in a bowl of yogurt.


Delicious!

Sorry about your illnesses! Hope everyone in your house is feeling better now! Granola sounds like it'd be an okay recovery food =)
