This weeks Sweet Melissa recipe was a hit at our house.
I can honestly say my kids have probably never eaten crepes before and they loved them.
As some of these recipes are huge , I thought about halving it
but am so glad that I didn't because they were eaten before I finished cooking.
They were very easy and used things I had on hand.
They say the trick is in the swirling the batter in the pan to get them just right
I would agree that this was true.
I also used the blackberry freezer jam that I just made last week.It was perfect but you could have used anything with fruit , heck , she even suggested Ice cream.

Im sorry I had to miss these. WOW you make your look so good! I hope your kids are having a great school year so far!
I wish, I was on my way over, to share these crepes. They were really good.
Yours look terrific.
I had a LOT of trouble getting that swirling motion down! But yours looks great. I'm glad your family loved their first crepe experience!
These look great! I especially love how yummy your blackberry freezer jam looks. I think I will have to give that a try!
Look delicious! thanks for joining me this week! :)
Your crepes look delicious! Getting the "swirl" down was definitely the hardest part. But the not so pretty ones taste just as good as the pretty ones, right? I will definitely be making these again.
Beautiful! Love the blackberry jam filling.
I have never made or eaten crepes, so I'm sure I would need some practice with the "swirl" as well. Yours look great!
