For two years I have been wanting to do something about my laundry room.
It was not horrible just boring!
As you can see it has a few challenges, that I can't do anything about it,
Like a water heater and furnace.
I am not complaining, this is the first time in 24 years that I have had a room!
Yesterday, I talked Dusty into helping me paint the room and a bar to hang the clothes when you get them out of the dryer.
We used leftover paint.
Soft Camel and just regular Off White from Valspar
I knew what I wanted to do, as I had seen it all over blogland.
Stripes!
And it is darling
My oldest daughter came home from work and said Fresh and I agree!
A new rug from Wal-mart
And we had to take down the cabinet and move it over.
Since we did we painted the whole room!
I also put that basket up top to hold all gift wrapping supplies!
Dusty says it doesn't look like a laundry room but a real room in your house!
I said it just looks clean!
I said it just looks clean!
I also ended up at Home Goods this week and found this adorable coffee rug!
It is perfect for my kitchen!
I had to wait on DeAnn to turn in her job application and had to wait at Kirklands and found this adorable
table runner for 10$ and I had a coupon!
It looks adorable in my dining room
I have been in trouble all week....Dusty put us all on a budget and
I have used my clothes budget on House items!
It doesn't happen very often so I told him it was ok!
He smiled!
