Greener Days Ahead
In more ways than you can imagine.
I have a confession ....
I'm not the girl who gets her nails done every two weeks or goes weekly to get her hair done
or even stops in for a Special Coffee every week, lives for designer clothes or that Coach Bag
BUT
I pay to have some one fertilize my yard.
Yes, they say confession is good for the soul
and there it is my splurge! Fertilizer!
I know you are Shocked at such a thing
It has been that way for at least 13 years
Until...
This year!
The main reason I am doing this is because in August I will have two kids
in college and I am looking at
saving some Green Cash for them.
So for $70 I bough a spreader and 2 bags of Scotts Fertilizer
and I am going to try to do this myself.
The Blue Bag goes on now
It helps fertilize the yard and kill crabgrass from starting
And the yellow bag will go on in 6 weeks!
$20 for each of these bags and it took me a whole 30 minutes to fertilize the whole yard.
I have to admit
I LOVE YARD WORK
I am a country girl at heart.
There...It's all out there...Confession is good for the Soul!

Your so cute..Love it! I am not the girl that does her nails..buy my hair..well that is a different story. Thanks for stopping my my blog..I have missed it and have missed your sweet comments!
