Last week we fertilized our yard and almost had an entirely green lawn.
This morning we woke up to 18 inches of snow! Some areas near here had 28 inches.
It did stop snowing around noon.
Dusty got the truck stuck so he borrowed our neighbors snow blower to clean our driveway.
He also taught DeAnn how to use it
About 4 pm the sun came out and it made it to 40 degrees.
Notice the bird bath next to Denae, it was on yesterdays post.
She used this as a day to rest and rest she did. She got up at 2 pm.
How can teenagers do that?
as my girls do not like Kidney beans.
Maybe I'll get to read a good book!

We had chili tonight too! Something about snow makes me crave it. By the way, I finished Twilight today while the kids were sledding. I'm dying to read the next one. If you hear on the news that the Moundridge Public Library was broken into...it wasn't me. :) Enjoy your day off tomorrow!
Oh man your yard looks like ours! It has snowed ALL day and the girls just got finished shoveling all the snow. THis weather is crazy. Great looking chilli..I made baked chicken with mashed potatoes and stuffing! Comfort food is a must in this coldness!
Wow...we don't see much snow here in Dallas, TX....but it truly IS spring one day and then winter again the next. I'll be ready when spring SETS in.
Wanted to thank you for stopping over at my blog today. I appreciate your comments and encouragement.
Blessings to you!
Hi.
Thanks for sharing that with us! The soup was probably the best part of it all. Ha.
Hey. If you get the opportunity, would you
mind praying for the prayer requests that are
on our main page?
May the Lord bless you and your family!!
