The Nester is having a linky party.
She has given lots of great ideas to warm a room in 10 minutes.
Well I have to admit that I have had this dresser since 2000 and had never bought a mirror or anything to hang over it. It has set in my bedroom covered with junk for 9 years. She gave me the motivation to do something with it.
Last summer I got a new comforter and painted the room. I let my husband pick out the comforter because he liked it and I couldn't come up with anything I liked better so I thought I would go with it. Then he graciously helped me paint the room (Shoreline Tan by Valspar)
Then I found this adorable round mirror at Hobby Lobby.
I also found some pillows to soften things up a bit.
Now I like my bedroom and hopefully I am going to light those candles soon!

So I cleaned off the top and got these two candlesticks on clearance.I also removed all the pictures of my kids and added a picuture of just me and my sweet hubby.
I also found some pillows to soften things up a bit.
Now I like my bedroom and hopefully I am going to light those candles soon!

I like the mirror. Nice job! I love to redecorate rooms..We just redid Moniques entire room from paint to new bedding. It is really cute!

The mirror and the candlesticks are beautiful. I love it.
I love extra pillows, but my husband doesn't....so I don't spend the money, or make them....
