More Band, Some Cousins and a Recipe

This Saturday we traveled to Andover, Kansas
to watch Denae perform in the 6th Grade Honor Band.
Denae plays the Clarinet. She did a great job!

It was fun to have her Aunt Terri and Cousins; Sidney, Sarah and Jake
along with sisters Darci and DeAnn to come along.

DeAnn had to make another recipe for school. This time it had to be a casserole.
She found an easy recipe from the Stove Top Chicken box. It was delicious!

Easy Cheesy Chicken Bake

2 cups Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Chicken
1-1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into pieces. ( She used 4 boneless chicken breast and shredded them)
1 bag (14 oz.) frozen broccoli florets, thawed, drained
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar Cheese

1. Preheat oven to 400. Prepare Stuffing mix as directed on the package; set aside.
2. Mix chicken and broccoli in a 9 x 13 baking dish. Stir in soup, milk and cheese; top with the prepared stuffing.
3. Bake 30 minutes or until heated through.

Any easy and affordable meal that we all loved.
